GARNIER micellar cleansing water _ REVIEW

image

Ok! Before I made a review on Nivea gentle eye make-up remover. Since in that post I hinted that i was going to continue searching for the perfect makeup remover I think that day has finally come.

I am already familiar with Bioderma and I think it’s AMAZING, but I have a tendency of going through my makeup removers pretty fast so I feel Bioderma is a bit too much for my pocket. Recently I bought Garnier micellar cleansing water witout having high expectations since I already tried one drugstore product with micellar solution from Bourjois an was really disappointed. It left my skin feeling sticky, burned my eyes and I had to wash my face after. A bit too tedious for me.

I bought Garnier because it had the best size to price ratio. The bottle is pretty well sized, big enough to last you for some time and small enough to not annoy you with its longevity. I was also looking at L’oreal, since I did see many commercials lately, but honestly I didn’t really like the size and the design of the bottle, it looked kind of outdated and impractical so I chose Garnier.

I cleaned my face a couple of times and I must say I found finally something I like. First it doesn’t have a smell, maybe a slight hint of a sort of hygienic smell but nothing noticeable. First few times I cleaned my face without removing any makeup and first things I liked was that it didn’t sting my eyes one bit and the other that after I felt nothing on my skin, just a smooth feeling like I washed it with water. To be honest, that is a bit strange for me because it sort of feels like your doing nothing. Other make-up removers usually have some way of letting you know they’re not water and leave your skin either sticky or oily. This one, nothing at all. After a few days I gave it its first big test. Usually when I wear smokey eyes it takes the whole day to remove all the mascara and eyeliner from my face. Even with oily make-up removers I have to rub really long and still after that I find that it’s coming out. With Garnier the removal was done in a minute. All the mascara and the eyeliner disappeared and I was really surprised. After that I found nothing under my eyes.

So for anyone who cares I would truly recommend this product. I think it nicely sized, priced and quality is really decent.

This looks so romantic, but it must be a bit of problem if there’s lots of rain, but I would love to live in a place like this some day

Tri nonice: Drago Gervais

Tri nonice stare
pred kućun su stale
i kritikale.
I Katu, i Pepu, i Jelu,
i Toncu debelu.
Jedna da j’ takova,
druga onakova,
jedna bi se rad ženit,
druga se zna lenit,
treća sve zafraja
četrta da ne vaja.
A svet da se j’ pokvaril,
i prvo da j’ boji bil.
Tri nonice stare
su kritikale
od osme do polna.
A kad je polne zvonilo,
jednoj je doma poć bilo.
Su dve ostale
i nju kritikale.

Mini on Flickr.Mini is a dog that up until a few days lived in inhumane conditions that even caused her to become temporary blind. A kind person took pity on her and took her in to help her gain her sight back. Now she is for the first time learning what her life should have been like from the start. In order to give her a permanent home we have to find someone for her.

From the top you can see the canal between Hvar and Brač islands, in the distance is Hvar. Down, on the coast of Brač, you can see the famous beach Zlatni rat.
